By using Smart Reports you can easily create reports or export data without additional development. In Smart Reports you can easily define where from and what sort of data is taken. It also helps to determine where to export the given data. Data export to XML or Excel file can be done from Notes environment. By calling generated Smart Report’s URL, a user or a server will obtain data in XML, HTML and JSON format. With Smart Reports you can create custom report templates and link several of the created templates. By using the report templates you can simultaneously gather data from different defined databases.

From a WEB browser user can get data in HTML/XML/JSON output format just by calling an URL. This URL can also be called from other systems, webpage's, etc.
By opening an URL user can also obtain exported data as an xls file.
